If the problem is assessed as not a barrier for the operation the product is examined within the plant according to our service time schedule. If the problem is a barrier for the operation we tackle with it immediately with urgent service program.
Our products are under warranty for the production and workmanship defects for 1 years after the delivery. If the the actual reason of the defect is one of those written in the warranty card this will not be within the scope of warranty.
Our products are delivered by providing the customers with the training for the operations of the products. The operating instructions on the product will facilitate the use of the product. We warrant for the operation of the product without any problem for years with the regular after sales service and with the correct use of the product depending on the operating and maintenance manual
