| Service & Care- Inform our service department in case of any problem through phone. If the problem is assessed as not a barrier for the operation the product is examined within the plant according to our service time schedule. If the problem is a barrier for the operation we tackle with it immediately with urgent service program. |
| Warranty-Our products are under warranty for the production and workmanship defects for 1 years after the delivery. If the the actual reason of the defect is one of those written in the warranty card this will not be within the scope of warranty. | |
